About Coach Susan
I am a Physical Therapist with an additional Masters in Health & Sport Science, a Revelation Wellness® Instructor, Certified Functional Nutrition-Informed Professional, and Certified Professional Coach in Wellness. More importantly, I'm a child of God and desire to make Him known to others so that they may experience freedom in Him and learn what it means to live well.
In my 25+ years as a PT, mostly working with elderly patients, I began to wish that I could turn back time and teach them how to live healthy lives when they were younger. If they had only known how to eat, move their bodies, sleep better, and manage their stress, they could have avoided disease and pain.
When unpleasant symptoms began to appear in my own body, I knew I wanted to avoid the life-sucking health conditions I had seen in my patients.
I learned how to get the joy back into my life, lose 12 pounds of belly fat, continue to put on lean muscle mass, sleep restfully through the night, lower my anxiety, and feel better than I did in my 30s and 40s. Thank You, Lord!
Now I want to share with others what I have learned all these years about living well and viewing our bodies as precious gifts that are to be treated with care.
I am passionate about listening to other women’s stories and helping them to personalize plans for eating, moving, sleeping, and managing stress that works for THEM.
Figuring it out doesn’t have to be hard, but the loving help and support of a coach who has your best interest at heart can provide those missing puzzle pieces: encouragement, motivation, accountability, and prayer.
