I'm Susan DuPre', Physical Therapist, Certified Functional Nutrition-informed Professional, and Certified Professional Coach in Women's Wellness. I'm also a servant of Christ and seek to glorify God in all that I do.

Welcome to my coaching practice! I am passionate about helping women achieve their God-given callings and live a fulfilling life. I provide personalized coaching sessions that will help you gain clarity, identify your values, and take wrong thoughts captive. Together, we will design a roadmap to reach your goals and discover how to live the life God has designed you to live.

  3. Sleep Better, Wake Up Rested – Make some small changes to your nighttime routine so you can sleep longer and more deeply, and wake up feeling well-rested and ready for the day.
  4. Manage Stress Without Feeling Overwhelmed  – I'll teach you a few stress management techniques that I've used with patients for many years that work immediately.
  5. Get a Clear, Personalized Plan – Together we'll build your plan and use strategies that will be sustainable and work for your lifestyle and circumstances.
