You're sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. The fatigue, the belly fat that seemed to appear overnight, the restless nights that leave you dragging through your day—it’s frustrating. You’ve tried to eat better, exercise, and reduce stress, but nothing seems to stick. Deep down, you wonder: Is this just how it is now?

I get it—because I’ve been there too.

Meanwhile, you’re watching your strength fade and worrying about what the future holds. Will you still have the energy to travel? To play with your grandkids? To fully enjoy your life?

My Story:
From a young age as a competitive tennis player, I understood that what I ate and how I moved directly impacted my energy and performance. This passion for health led me to earn my a Master’s in Health & Sport Science, Doctorate in Physical Therapy, , and certifications in Functional Nutrition and Professional Coaching.

But even with all my knowledge, I still found myself struggling with exhaustion, belly fat, and poor sleep. The stress relief techniques I had learned as a psychology major weren’t enough. My turning point came when I discovered my hormones were out of balance. By changing my nutrition, adding key supplements, and adjusting my nightly routines, I lost my hanging belly fat 

'apron", regained my energy, and finally felt in control of my health again.

As a physical therapist, I work with elderly patients who are suffering from years of poor health choices. I have seen firsthand what happens when people don’t take control of their health early enough. One day it hit me—I needed to help women before they reached that point. That’s why I created my wellness coaching program for women 40+ who want to regain their energy, strength, and confidence for years to come.
