My Story:
For years, I watched women slowly lose energy, strength, confidence, and joy in their bodies.
As a physical therapist working with older adults, I saw what happened when stress, poor sleep, unhealthy habits, and chronic disease slowly took over. Many wished they had learned sooner how to care for their bodies.
At the same time, I was struggling too - fatigue, belly fat, stress, poor sleep, hot flashes, and feeling “off” in my own body.
I did not want to become like my patients!
I realized exercise alone wasn’t enough. My body needed better support through nutrition, sleep, stress management, and healthier daily habits.
When I began making simple, consistent changes, everything improved. I felt stronger, slept better, had more energy, and finally felt like myself again.
Now I help women 35+ do the same.
